International Women’s Day celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of all women and provides us an opportunity to unite, network and mobilise for meaningful change.
This year’s theme is DigitALL which includes Cracking the Code – Innovation for a gender equal future. The theme highlights the role that bold, transformative ideas, inclusive technologies, and accessible education can play in combatting discrimination and the marginalisation of women globally.
Sarah, who is a highly experienced technology and innovation leader, is passionate about challenging traditional thinking and breaking down barriers.
The event provided a fantastic opportunity for our team to explore this year’s theme with Sarah, as she shared her journey within the leading-tech and innovation space and challenged our thinking around the unconscious biases that exist within working environments.
