Sandfire is committed to collaborating with our host communities to generate enduring socio-economic benefit. In recognition of this commitment, our Motheo team actively works with its business partners to contribute to enhancing the local Ghanzi community’s livelihoods.
Recently, our business partner Kwa Nokeng Oil, donated a Jungle gym facility to the special education unit at Kgaphamadi Primary School. The facility will help improve the coordination, strength, and balance of children with special needs.
During the official handover presentation, the facility was recognised for the significant benefit it will have for the primary school in supporting cognitive development and educational outcomes for children.
