Brendan Harris

Experience
Mr Harris is an experienced mining executive that has a broad range of leadership, commercial and technical skills, particularly in the management and operations of a diversified international mining business.
Before joining Sandfire, Brendan was a member of South 32’s senior executive management team since its demerger from BHP in 2015 and played a key role in the company’s establishment as its inaugural Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he held the role of Chief Human Resources and Commercial Officer at South32, with responsibility for global commodity marketing, procurement, and human resources.
He has also previously served as BHP’s Global Head of Investor Relations and, prior to joining BHP in 2010, held various roles in investment banking including as Executive Director at Macquarie Securities, where he led the Metals & Mining Research team.
Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Geophysics from Flinders University.
Megan Jansen

Experience
Ms Jansen has more than 20 years of experience across finance, commercial, business integration, M&A, shared services, and transformation projects, having most recently served as Global Head of Finance at Imdex Limited. Prior to this, Ms Jansen held various leadership roles at global mining company MMG Limited over a 10-year period.
Earlier in her career, Ms Jansen worked in the UK across various industries and organisations, and brings a diverse range of experience to the CFO role. Ms Jansen commenced her career at Ernst and Young, is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University.
Jason Grace
Qualifications

Experience
Mr Grace is an experienced mining professional with industry experience spanning Australia and the AsiaPacific region and ranging across multiple disciplines including general and operational management, technical leadership, business improvement, mineral resource evaluation, mine planning and mine geology.
He was most recently Executive General Manager – Iron Ore for diversified mining services group Mineral Resources Ltd, where he managed the group’s Australian iron ore business. Prior to that, he was Senior Director, Asia Pacific Iron Ore and Senior Director, Technical Services for Cliffs Asia Pacific Iron Ore, where he led and managed all elements of the Asia Pacific Iron ore business segment for USA-based Cleveland Cliffs Inc. Before joining Cleveland Cliffs, Mr Grace enjoyed a 13-year career with Newcrest Mining Ltd holding a range of senior managerial and operational positions.
Mr Grace’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science (Geology) from Queensland University of Technology, a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from James Cook University and a Master of Mining Engineering from the University of New South Wales.
Gemma Tually
Qualifications

Experience
Ms Tually is a qualified solicitor with more than 20 years of legal experience working across areas including mining, dispute resolution, international trade and transport, finance and corporate law.
Gemma joined Sandfire in February 2024 as Head of Legal and Compliance, a role responsible for overseeing and managing the Group’s legal and compliance functions. Before joining Sandfire Gemma held the roles of General Counsel Iron Ore and Joint Company Secretary at the global green technology, energy and metals company, Fortescue. Prior to this, Gemma worked in private legal practice as a Senior Associate at a large national law firm.
Gemma holds a Bachelor of Laws and Diploma in Modern Languages (Japanese) from the University of Western Australian and master’s degrees in Law from the University of Queensland and New York University.
Scott Browne

Experience
Mr Browne is an experienced human resources leader, with more than 20 years experience within senior and global HR roles. Mr Browne was most recently the Vice President People for Rio Tinto’s Iron Ore business, a position he held from March 2019. In this role, Scott was a member of the Rio Tinto’s Iron Ore Executive Leadership Team and responsible for direct and functional leadership of the Western Australian People Function. This included the development and delivery of the people strategy, business partnering, capability development, employee relations, talent, performance and remuneration.
Scott’s role is to provide leadership and oversight of all people and culture activities, including oversight of the Company’s global operating model, diversity, equity and
inclusion initiatives, learning and talent development and reinforcing the organisation’s culture, purpose and values.
Cath Bozanich
Qualifications

Experience
Cath is a mining executive with extensive leadership and sustainability expertise. She is passionate about diversity and creating a better future through sustainable mining. She is skilled in managing a broad range of sustainability and operational issues including the global challenge of climate change and the protection of biodiversity and human rights.
Prior to joining Sandfire, Cath was the Group Manager, Sustainability at Fortescue Metals Group Ltd. She also managed the Corporate Affairs of the company for a period having responsibility for ASX disclosures including annual reporting and media. She has worked collaboratively with communities and governments on a range of projects and having started her career in environmental management, has extensive expertise in mitigating and managing the impacts of mining on communities and the environment.
Cath holds a Bachelor of Science (Environmental) from the University of Western Australia, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Curtin University and is a graduate of the Australia Institute of Company Directors.
Richard Holmes

BSc Hons (Geology/Geography), MSc & DIC (Applied Structural Geology and Engineering Rock Mechanics)
Experience
Mr Holmes has a mining industry career spanning 25 years across the globe with practical experience in over 35 countries. He brings a wealth of experience in leadership, strategic thinking, exploration management, business development, innovation and strong technical evaluation skills that are reinforced by extensive experience reviewing the technical/financial/commercial aspects of many projects throughout the world.
Richard joined Sandfire following his role at OZ Minerals, as the Head of Exploration and Growth, where he successfully built a global pipeline of opportunities. Prior that role, Richard held senior management and consulting roles with Evolution Mining Ltd, AusAmercian Mining Corporation Ltd, AngloGold Ashanti, Aditya Birla Minerals Ltd and CSA Global.
